A trusted name in Budhanilkantha
Established on Magh 15, 2046 B.S. (1990) as Dhrubatara English School in Budhanilkantha-3, Chapali Chowk, Kathmandu, we have grown into a complete English-medium school. To reflect our continuous institutional growth, the name was updated to Dhrubatara Carnevali School on Falgun 3, 2080 B.S.
Founded by the late Principal Yadunandan K.C. and led continuously by Founder Principal Mr. J.S. Poudel since 2056 B.S., we pair strong academics with a caring environment. Since 2061 B.S., the school has operated under the Dhrubatara Public Educational Trust, providing quality education at minimal fees for low and middle-income families.
Today, we are proud to be the first school in Budhanilkantha Municipality certified to the ISO 21001:2018 standard for educational organisations, operating with 2 earthquake-resistant buildings and a vast 9-Ropani sports ground.

1990

1999
Mr. J.S. Poudel took leadership as Founder Principal (2056 B.S.).
2004
Converted to Dhrubatara Public Educational Trust (2061 B.S.) with a focus on service.
2024
Renamed to Dhrubatara Carnevali School and achieved ISO 21001:2018 certification.
